An extra button on the Edit Comment page called 'Delete & Ban' which not only deletes the comment but also adds the person's IP address to the ban table. The only drawback is the ban reason as it would not be entered by the administrator like on the ban page. Maybe the ban reason could be 'None' or 'N/A'.

What's the problem with letting the user enter the reason when deletebanning a comment?

On second thoughts I think this area of the script needs a more advanced solution. For example, a part of this feature should be to delete all comments from a specified IP address. I will leave it for the next major release.
