After full installation from integration, When it does, write comment and then click on the add comment button in finally comment is not displayed and reply below text :

(You have just been banned.
This can be due to a variety of reasons including swearing, spamming and hacker-related behaviour.

What does it say in Manage -> Bans?

it says:
reson = Incorrect referrer.

Make sure that you entered the URL correctly in Manage -> Pages.

If the problem remains, you can disable the referrer check in Settings -> Security.

For anyone interested, I looked into this issue and discovered through the use of Settings -> Error Reporting that the problem is that the php mbstring extension wasn't enabled.
