Completely I cleared the file:
/ comments/css/stylesheet.css
I checked <link rel="stylesheet" type="text/css" <br="">
Under all laws of physics style has to disappear!
But everything works!
Prompt who knows, from where it can take styles? ) ) )

It may be that the styles are in your web browser's cache.
Try clearing the cache in your web browser.

Okay in this stylesheet there are duplicate styles for Commentics:

Well I found the duplicate
catalog/theme/stylesheet/stylesheet.css
Its changes mentioned externally type of comments, but still changed also all place!
