May I ask if there is a way to display escaped HTML characters to unescaped ones without causing security issues?

I have been receiving comments from my website and each time an escaped HTML appears, I would go edit it to unescape it every time.

Hi Anatoly,

Do you mean escaped or encoded? If escaped then it sounds like your server has Magic Quotes enabled, in which case see this FAQ:
