If you let me know your website's IP address (in your Commentics admin area go to 'Reports -> PHP Info' and search for "SERVER_ADDR") I'll ask my host.
Was there are any reason you posted this in the Upgrading section of the forum?

Posted in Upgrading because I thought this error might have something to do with an upgrade.
