not secure or dangerous

i just install commentics in my site use the example1.php example and when user add a comment i got chrome warning of not secure or dangerous. here is the adress http://www.bkalut.co.il/example1.php

It's probably just because you don't have an SSL certificate?

Does Google do this for all the sites without SSL certificate nowadays?
