I still don't understand how to let users or myself create an avatar, I signed up at gavatar, uploaded an image to my profile, but now I dont understand how to grab it and display it on my web page comments

When you post a comment, Commentics uses the user's email address to find their corresponding avatar from the Gravatar website. So it's important that the user enters the same email address that they used to sign up to Gravatar. If your email address is the same on both Commentics and Gravatar and the avatar is not showing, I'd give it a bit more time because I believe Gravatar uses a lot of caching.
