I'm trying to access the layout menu by going Into the admin panel ( Layout -> Form -> ) but it doesn't let me in. It has what appears to be a submenu that doesn't respond either. It's the last ting I need to have this running the way I want.

I've just checked your admin panel and I could access the 'Settings -> Layout -> Comments' and 'Settings -> Layout -> Form' pages fine.
Have you tried to see what happens in another web browser?
Are you able to access the 'Settings -> Email -> Editor' and 'Settings -> Email -> Setup' pages?

Thank you Steven, Safari doesn't allow access but Chrome does. Problem solved, thank you!
