Commentics is designed to be included into your
existing pages. Therefore it has no need for a frontend of its own. It's normal that you see a "Forbidden" message when you try view the frontend because the frontend doesn't exist. Also, Commentics is meant to be installed into a folder, for example 'your-domain.com/comments/' or 'your-domain.com/commentics/'. It's not meant to be installed the way you have installed it where it's at the root of your website.
A normal setup is where you install Commentics into a folder. Then for example you might already have an existing page on your website such as 'your-domain.com/reviews.php'. You can then
include Commentics into your 'reviews.php' page. To do this, you follow the
integration guide and use either the iFrame integration method or the PHP integration method.

1. Uninstall Commentics.
2. Install Commentics into a folder e.g. '/comments' or '/commentics'.
3. Follow the
integration guide to integrate Commentics into your
existing pages.
You do have some existing pages that you want to integrate Commentics into?

Sorry I don't currently offer an installation service. You've already installed Commentics. You just need to uninstall it (by deleting the files and database) and then install it again except inside a folder. So just create a folder called 'comments' or 'commentics' and upload all the files to there.
Then if you have any issues with the integration, just create a new thread in the Integration section of this forum.
