Log into the Commentics control panel, and then under the settings tab at the top, click "Approval". It's the 3rd option down the list. Then you can check "Approve Comments".
You can also make it email you when someone comments so that you can approve it quicker by clicking "Administrator" under the settings tab, and checking New Comment (Approve)
