First off this is a great product really like it!!
I just installed it, with the hopes to use it as a system to collect testimonials for my business.
A few things I would like to know if possible...
a) can I break up the page where the form is on one page and the actual "comments" show on another? Ideally I'd like the comments to be by themselves without any other text (like where it says Comments at the top of the page) or where I turn off the form and it says comments disabled.
b) Is there a way to add another field to the form? I'm contemplating adding phone - similar to email it wouldn't be published.
c) Formatting of the comment itself - just edit the CSS??
