Firstly - thanks for a great product. I have implemented it at www.agent-iq.com

I am experiencing a small issue with the Gravatars:

I changed my Gravatar at gravatar.com
When I returned to my site, nothing happened - even 24 hours later the gravatar remained as the old one. I cleared all caches - still stuck on the old one.

As soon as I changed the size of the Gravatar from Commentics, it updated to the new one. When I change the size back, the old Gravatar returned.

I checked the link location for the gravatar and it is pointing back to a link on the Gravatar site which is still feeding out the old image (for image size 50):

http://www.gravatar.com/avatar/4545b0d1a...=identicon

But this link feeds out the new (for image size 100):

http://www.gravatar.com/avatar/4545b0d1a...=identicon

This could be a bug at Gravatar, but compare this to (for image size 50):

http://s.gravatar.com/avatar/4545b0d1a51...be661?s=50

where the image has updated.

Is this intended Commentics behaviour? Should I file a bug at Gravatar?

Hi,

I think the Gravatar site makes heavy use of caching. Sometimes it can take 6 days before any change.
