alignment error when smilies are disabled

When you disable all smilies the edit box for the comment which follows is misaligned, as shown in the attached picture (click to view full size).

Hi,

You need to disable them with the setting in Layout -> Form -> Enabled.

I'll consider moving or copying this setting into Layout -> Form -> Smilies for the next version.
