If I remember neither the password nor the username for the commentics login, what can I do to regain access to the control panel without reinstalling and losing all my comments?

Can you implement a send password to main administrator without requiring the administrator to enter the email address?

Hi,

If you can't remember your username and password, and you can't enter your email address into the 'Reset Password' feature for whatever reason, then the best solution is to follow this FAQ:

In the FAQ, when you do the step to change your password, you can look at what your username and email address is.
