I received an email today from a visitor to my website that had left a comment on a particular page. Their issue:
"Hi I use a mobile android phone and it doesn't show the link to confirm my post for 'Users Name' as a clickable link. I can't respond to confirm."
I edited the name of the actual person's page for privacy reasons.
Is the issue with the Android Phone already known?
Thank you,

When they receive a notice from Commentics that requests them to "Confirm" they want notifications. It is not creating a link on their device that allows them to click. It just shows the url address.
I'm afraid that it is their issue, and nothing can be done about it on my end, or via commentics.

Yes this is an issue with their email programme not converting plain-text URLs to clickable links. They should contact the email programme's developer(s) to fix that.
