What file sets $cmtx_set_name_value to anonymous when it is blank? (I don't want 'anonymous' to display - I want something else)

The only time that the $cmtx_set_name_value variable is given a value is if you, the admin, give it a value in the integration code. After that, it is only read.
If the name field contains the word 'anonymous' then it may be because you entered that word in the admin panel in Layout -> Form -> Defaults.
