Steven I made
Settings -> System being incorrect. This URL is used to build part of the path to the images. The URL should be the location of your /comments/ folder, i.e. 'http://www.domain.com/comments/'.

Steven
Pictures appeared but not everything, please prompt why so it turned out?

The smiley images are not appearing because the 'Comments URL' setting was incorrect at the time when that comment was posted.

If you post a new comment, the smiley images should appear.

If you want to make the old smiley images appear, you'll have to edit the comment in Manage -> Comments and correct the URL.

Have you completed the interview?
