The voting system been greyed out after posting a comment. The textbox saves the same email and name in there, and does not clear it out after revisiting the site or pressing f5. I tried typing in a new email address to see if that would fix it but it does not at all.

How can i fix this problem as it is really bugging me.

Hi,

I believe you can only use the Vote/Rating once then it's disabled. Not sure if its forever or for 24 hours or not. (or if you can disable it)

You have to go "Layout - form - general" and there change > repeat ratings: allow.
Otherwise, I guess one voting per person.
