I enabled the following but they are not showing:

-- Average Rating (I enabled the Counter thinking that Avg Rating may require the Counter. The Counter shows but Avg Rating still does not.)

-- BB Code Tags

Also, I see where I can add a subscriber. It is a menu item under the "Manage" menu item. I don't see a way for a visitor to my website to subscribe. Am I missing something?

Hi,

You must have at least one rating for the average rating to show, so just submit a comment with a rating. The counter is unrelated (it counts the characters for the comment form field).

The BB Code tags will show if you have them enabled in Layout -> Form -> Enabled and Layout -> Form -> BB Code.

If you enable the 'Notify' checkbox in Layout -> Form -> Enabled then the visitor can subscribe by selecting the 'Notify me of new comments via email' checkbox on the frontend. (You must have the email field enabled too).
