The rating system dropdown box is disabled in my page, but the Country field work correctly.

Do you know why that might be happening?

Hi,

The script disables the rating field for those who have already voted. This ensures that users can only vote once, no matter how many comments they submit. It remembers the IP Address of voters.

You can change how this works in Settings -> Security.

I just see this thread and I still have a question. What setting should be changed in Settings -> Security so that it can allow voter to vote more than once? I have the v2.2 of commentics. I've unchecked all 4 options: referrer, db file, honeypot, time. None of them makes the vote selection enabled again. Please help. Thanks.

The setting was moved to Layout -> Form -> General. It's the "Repeat Ratings" setting.
