Commentics was extremely easy to setup and integrate into my website. I have Rich Snippets working with my comments well.

I am wondering if it is possible to set all pages that have zero comments/ratings, with a default 2.5 stars? If this is against Google's terms, is it possible, to create a review for every page (as admin) that rates each page with 2.5 stars, until it receives a user-submitted review?

Although it's possible, it's not something which I would like to spend any time providing a solution for because in my opinion it seems a bit misleading or inaccurate.
