Is there any option to automatically treat comments with link as spam? Or is there an option to simply disable comments with links?

In 'Settings -> Processor -> Comment' you can set the 'Detect Links' action to Approve or Ban.

You can also set the action to Error but that'd give the user the opportunity to try to get around it being detected.
