No Images / Icons
#1

I have successfully integrated commentics into my site at http://www.mugtrader.com/item.php?id=111.

Commenting works without issue, but no icons or images appear.
I have found a few threads below on this topic, none of which provide much help.

Does anyone have any ideas on this one.

For the smilies and BB code it looks like your sprite file is corrupt.

This is your file:

And this is a normal one:

So maybe open the file from your download package to check it's okay. If it is then I'd try re-uploading it and make sure you're uploading it in binary rather than ASCII, or just let your FTP programme decide.

For the other missing images, these are 'font awesome' icons and it's a little harder to determine the issue because you're loading the stylesheet below correctly and your website's other stylesheets don't appear to be interfering. The only thing I can think of is that the stylesheet below loads various files from the /commentics/3rdparty/font_awesome/ folder and it might be that they are corrupt also. So try re-uploading that folder as well and remember to clear your browser cache afterwards.

Any Idea why this would be? I deleted the whole image folder on my server, and uploaded a fresh copy, same result. The images are not corrupted on my PC.
So the path to images is correct then, but they are corrupted for some reason?

Did you check what I mentioned about uploading them in binary?

Problem SOLVED. I re-uploaded the entire commentics folder in binary. Thanks for your help.
