Thanks. I got it working on one page but I'm not sure how to get these lines to use info from our DB :-

$cmtx_identifier = "1";
$cmtx_reference = "Page One";

My plan was to get the info for those from our product table but I'm not sure how, I guess you won't know either as you haven't used smarty?

I haven't (although I have used twig and blade). Having said that, I'd expect this would be less to do with smarty and more to do with your custom written site and how it retrieves information from your database; something I have no knowledge of either. If you send over a few of your files I might be able to work it out.
