Permalink pages don't need to show comment form, etc.

Hi. Great script!

I noticed that the page view for a permalink shows the comment form below the permalink comment. This may be misleading for users. They will think the intention is to leave a comment for the (permalink) comment. This could lead to deterioration of the quality of the content (comments).

Also, in the comment permalink page view, is there any reason to show Comments (1) above the content of the permalink comment? And perhaps for SEO purposes it could be a good idea to give the permalink page a unique meta & description based on the comment content for SEO purposes.
