Hi. A few more feature requests if possible.

These are for the admin "Manage: Pages" and "Manage: Comments" pages.

Is it possible to add another Show xxx entries number, say maybe 250?

Second, can a Previous / Next navigation be placed on the top-right of these pages, in addition to the existing one at the bottom?

And lastly, can you add a feature that allows the admin to show by default how to sort the pages (by Page ID, Name, Reference, URL, Comment, etc.)?

Possibly some of these can be added to the admin Settings: System page?
