A PHP session is available - Fail
#1
Question

Hi, I already search in this forum and the other topics didin't help me.
I'm getting this error "A PHP session is available - Fail". I'm using Commentics v4.1 (I also tryed with the latest version as well) because the PHP version in my host provider is 7.4.
I'm sure the host provider have PHP sessions working, I use session to login in admin area of my website and I checked in the files where the sessions are store whem I login in my admin panel.

But still I'm getting this error when trying install Commentics. I tried skip this step and go to 'route=menu', but cannot login... is very strange that this doens't work. Can someone help me?
ps: sorry for my bad english.

Solved. The problem was in .htaccess rewriting 'php_value session.save_path' to a wrong path for some reason.
