Blank Page
#1

I did a search before posting but did not see my exact problem.

Installation went fine and i even figured out how to setup
things to run in an iframe. Before anyone says ''Oh! That's
why it's giving blank page!'' i can safely say NO it is not
the reason because it happens either inside an iframe or
on the page directly.

Everything in fact works but after i write a comment
and hit the 'Save Comment' button the screen goes
blank (white). It seems like it does not automatically
refresh itself. If i manually refresh the page it comes
back and the new comment i just entered is there
just as it should be.

Ideas? Suggestions? Other than this ONE issue all else
works perfectly! Love it!
To test it go to.....

Dave's test page

Thanks!

Hi,

Can you try this FAQ and report back with the error:
http://www.commentics.org/support/knowle...article=15

Okay, try testing with the example.php file from the download package.

If that works, then it may be because of test.html. I noticed that it has invalid markup, for instance the opening <html> and <body> tags appear after HTML has already been output.

If that doesn't work, then the problem may be due to your site's .htaccess file.

It would be helpful if you tried with the example.php file from the download package.

Your comments.php file has invalid markup and there's a lot of JavaScript there which may be the issue.

Okay here is example.php straight off the server

EXAMPLE.PHP DIRECT

It starts to reload until it tries reloading the form?
After a ADD COMMENT press i get the text at the
top and NO FORM below it.

It seems to be a PHP error. When you checked your error log, did you check the one in your server's control panel, e.g. cPanel?

If that log is empty, can you try to trigger an error to make sure it's working. In your web browser, go to a made-up URL on your site, like http://dave.cwahi.net/jknvjkersklasdf.html
If it's still empty then tell your host that your error log isn't working.

Other things to try are to temporarily remove your site's .htaccess file.

Also, try testing without the sub-domain.
