After a user posts a comment, his or her name and email address remain in the form fields.

The default form values had been appearing successfully, but I have been testing the script a lot and I don't know what I did to cause the default values to disappear.

Hi,

The user's form inputs are remembered by a cookie, and this cookie takes precedence over the default form values set in the admin panel. It was because you cleared your cookies that the default form values now show. Nothing to do with cache.

In the next version, the user will have the choice of using the cookie or not.
