First of all, love the script!!

Now, the only issue I have is that I'm getting an error after a reply comment is made. form.php(template version) keeps the replied comment, then proceeds to error-out with the following:

Sorry but 1 error was found when processing your comment.
Please correct this error and submit the form again:
You have submitted this comment. Please submit a new comment

Any thoughts?

I'm not exactly sure why that protective feature isn't working correctly on your site. If you want to disable it then either remove or comment out the following line of code in /upload/includes/app/processor.php (line 349):
