I went back, made sure all the folders and files were in the right place, and it seems to work now.
Just wanted to come back here and say to all forum users that I got this installed and it seems to work.

It's not working again.
This program seems very finicky. Is that it?
I had it working, and then I had to delete a lot of the files on my site (its a testing site). Then it didn't work. I've tried completely starting from scratch again twice now, and it hasn't worked, and once on another test domain. Do you need to delete the entire contents of the (renamed) upload folder and delete/re-create the database every time? It takes a long time to upload the Upload folder.

I think I know the problem. I just got it to work again, and as I was editing the example.php file the whole Upload folder disappeared.
Any idea why this is.
