Hi,

Sometimes we get comments that ask for support installing our product.
We answer these and delete the comment afterwards.
The problem is the comment counter (and rating) doesn't update after deleting comments.
How can I fix this?

Hi Jerry,

Does the count decrease in 'Manage -> Comments' after you've deleted it? The only thing I can think of at the moment is that you have heavy server caching. Have you tried from another browser, and does this happen everytime or just sometimes?
