Hi allseo,
What's happening is Commentics is loading jQuery and your website is also loading jQuery, so they're conflicting.
To fix it, the best way is to remove your website's jQuery and let Commentics load it.
Of course, you would only make this change on the pages where you've integrated Commentics.

Thanks, but can I disable jQuery directly in Commentics?

You can try but from my experience it only works when removing the website's jQuery.
In the admin area, in 'Extensions -> Themes', select 'No, I load it myself'.

Did not help
If I turn off jQuery in admin area - the opening forms do not open and the buttons do not work again.

No, Commentics needs jQuery to function.
You would need to edit the footer template of your main site to remove the jQuery.
I'll try to take a look sometime this week to see if there's another way.
