When will a page two/three/four/etc. be created? Or does it have to be manually done? I am having problems getting the length of the page to increase with content. In fact it won't do it, never mind having trouble with it. So the comments will tumble out of the bottom.

The pages in 'Manage -> Pages' should appear automatically once they have comments.

About the page length, can you share a link to your page so I can figure it out?
