Notes:- you must have PHP 5.2 or higher.- MySQLi extension is required for the database.- Filter extension is required for input validation.- Magic Quotes should be disabled to stop extra slashes.The installer can not proceed.how can I fix thank you

These are issues with your server so you'll need to speak to your host to resolve this. PHP 5.2 was released in 2006 so for your server not to have it is quite surprising. I would question them why they're using such an old and possibly vulnerable version of PHP. The 'MySQLi' and the 'Filter' extensions are both enabled by default so your host has disabled those for some reason.
