error message on posting comment

Hi again,

I am getting an error message: "The comment entered has already been submitted. Please submit a new comment."

The comment may be on the same subject but is not the same. I have looked and looked but cannot see any changes to make on the backend which may solve this. Any thoughts?

I am "flooding" at the moment because I am moving my comments over from a different format, but have removed the "flooding" settings while I do this and thought it may have been the problem but it seems not.

Did you add the session code to the very top of your page, as described in the integration guide?

Have you completed the interview?

I did, yes.

Also, something else that is strange, when I do get to post a message and then go to approve it, the content of the message is not there. The actual message to approve it is, along with name, country, etc but the actual "message" section is emtpy!?!?!? This does not happen everytime though, which makes is even more odd.
