Hi,
I have a fairly vanilla build at eg. http://www.mtbroutes.com/wg/enigma-ego-st-steel-frame/

When you preview a submission, the question field does not re-appear so it is impossible to then submit without an error. Is this expected behaviour?

Hi,

No it's not expected behaviour. The question and the captcha fields are meant to disappear once they are completed so that the user does not need to complete them again. But there should not be an error when you then submit the form. This is because the script stores the fact that they have been completed by using a session. So I think the problem is to do with this session but at the moment I'm not sure what, or whether it's due to the script or your website. In the meantime you might disable the preview feature in Layout -> Form -> Enabled.
