403 Forbidden, You don't have permission to access this folder.

I have tried to install Commentics on a localhost and on a hosting provider but have run into the same issue with both.

I have followed the installation.txt file to the letter.

When I get to number 7. and try to go into the comments folder to get to the installer folder I get this error:

"403 Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this folder."

I am struggling to work out what the issue is here, can anyone help?

Hi,

Just type the URL into your web browser's address bar:

domain.com/comments/installer/

Opening the /comments/ folder without any folder after it is meant to show the forbidden message so that people can't snoop through all the folders.

Have you completed the interview?

Oops, silly me Blush

I'm all sorted now, thanks.

By the way, I'm very impressed with the functionality, it's better than the paid for scripts I was looking at.
