I keep getting this error while trying to install commentics

Can you try the latest version of Commentics? Where did you get that older version?

I downloaded it a long time ago so I just got ready to install it recently.
I'll try making use of the version instead.

I just got it successfully installed,
How do I disable or reduce the captcha ?

It's in Settings -> Layout -> Form.
