My site just looked fine using UTF-8 and handled characters like ü/ä/ö without any issues. After implementing commentics on a test page, the special characters stopped working on it. Inside commentics, on the same page, they work. Do you know how I can fix this? Thanks!

Hi,
To fix this, you need to open your website's template files in a programme like Notepad++ and go to "Format -> Convert to UTF-8 without BOM".

So I converted the css files but didn't get any change. Should I convert the .php as well? That won't work, for some reason Notepad++ keeps it in ANSI.
