While much focus is on the fast-approaching new year, it also means that the Commentics project is in the vicinity of being (officially) 6 months old.
During this period it has made numerous convincing steps towards providing a comprehensive and yet robust comments script. With around 2000 downloads, 200 demo comments, 200 add-on downloads and over 1000 forum posts, it is clear that there is substantial interest in Commentics and the many benefits it offers to modern-website owners.
It is hoped that this will greatly increase in the year 2011 in what will be a critical time for the project as it advances by releasing further versions including such features as comment reply and social links.
However this will only be possible through continued (as well as new) use of the script so a big 'thank you' to all users, especially those who contribute in some way, and good luck for the next year!
