Hi,
I just upgraded from 3.3 to 3.4 and I get this error when I try to access the control panel:
Error: Could not load stylesheet normalize.css!
I uploaded the 3.3 to 3.4 upgrade package and ran your-domain.com/upload/install/, which produced no errors.
Does anyone know what went wrong?
