Hello,
I'm looking for how to accept the comment when it is short or long
thank you for giving me an answer.
I ask this because I always pass any comment on the error message that says (Comment entered is too short. Please enter a longer comment.)
I have version 1.2
Sincerely,
Isidore

Look under settings->processor->comment and find the part with "Min Characters:" and "Min Words:" and adjust those settings to fit your needs.
I'm giving you three guesses...

Sorry, but don't work for me.
I have an error while processing the form. I get the error:
"The comment is too short. " Instead, the commentary is more than 30 words. In the admin panel is selected to 2 words and min chars 5.
Can you help please?
Thanks.

Are you adding any BB Code to the comment? Commentics strips out certain tags before counting the number of characters so it's possible that it stripped a lot of the text while doing that.
It might help to provide a link to your page so that we can test the problem.

Thanks, you can disable it now.
It seems to only produce that error message when a Spanish character (e.g. á) is entered.
I noticed that you are using the 'iso-8859-1' charset. Can you try changing this to UTF-8, as instructed on the
Integration page.

Perfect. Now is working.
Now I have to solve the problem of UTF-8.
¿Any idea?
Thank you.

You need to open the problematic website files using something like Notepad++ and convert them to 'UTF-8 without BOM'. It's under the Format menu.
