Even though Google's rich snippets testing tool shows the rating stars, but it doesn't show on actual searches. I've waited three weeks, but no stars...

Please advise.

I am only guessing ...
Why not try to use same domain for reviews and page instead of a separate domain?
Now:
http//grandasia.com/
http//grandasiareviews.com/
Reviews can be connected with main site:
http//grandasia.com/
http//grandasia.com/reviews.html

Next guess. Try to use Google verification on comments page, too. But after moving it to a grandasia.com domain (otherwise it is not of any use).
<meta id="ctl00_StoreFrontHeadContent_googleMeta2" name="google-site-verification" content="xxxxxxxx - your google check string goes here - xxxxxxxx"></meta>
Please, don't forget to inform us about results!

It seems to depend on what you search for.
For example, if I search for "Grandasia Reviews", I get this:
If I search for "Grandasia Reviews rating", I get this:

I think you need to focus on getting the two keywords "Grandasia" and "Reviews" on your site because at the moment Google doesn't regard the Rich Snippets to be relevant enough to a search for "Grandasia Reviews". Maybe in each comment box, it could say:
Quote:John Doe (Boston, MA) added this review
And add <h3>Reviews</h3> and <h3>Add Review</h3> headings.
Also, I agree with stariocek that it should be on grandasia.com.

Thank you stariocek and Steven for your replies. Unfortunately grandasia.com is a hosted service and doesn't allow any customized scripting. I'll try your other suggestions though. Thanks again.
