I had found it before, but after an hour of looking, cannot find which file contains the text for the 5 rating options. Thanks so much!

Which one? The one that displays the average ratings, the one that makes sure that the ratings are genuine, the one that displays the rating in the form, or the one that displays the ratings in the comment box?

Try "comments/includes/template/ratings.php" or "comments/includes/template/form.php"
