I have set the Commentics to have 5 comments per page, but when I go and click page 2 it just loads the same page with the first 5 comments? Any ideas on what can cause this?

It sounds like your website's .htaccess file is doing some type of URL re-write and it's causing an adverse effect.

I think you are right Steven, my site does use SEO friendly URL's which are done with a rewrite in the .htaccess file. Any ideas how this can be resolved?

You'd need to ask whoever wrote the re-write to make it compatible with additional URL parameters.

The rewrite ends up being: www.example.com/book/book_name
