When I enter text, and click OK, the box goes away and nothing happens. Can jQuery from Facebook and Google+ mess it up?? If it can't be made to work due to the other jQuery codes, is there any way to just edit the Flag part of the HTML so it uses my own report script in the form of a form button that reports it?

Hi,

Yes unfortunately other jQuery scripts can sometimes break the Flag and Like/Dislike features.

You can edit the code of the Flag button so that it does something else. It's in /comments/includes/functions/comments.php, lines 326 to 333.
