Hi,

after an update to the newest Version fo commentics no comments seen on the pages?!
When I make a Comment the error reporting gives me the following message:
Notice: Undefined index: task_enabled_delete_subscribers in /homepages/xx/xxxxxxxxx/htdocs/forum/comments/includes/classes/settings.php on line 43

Sorry I`am not confirm about php or something else.

Hi,

The problem is that you didn't upgrade the database to v2.3. To fix this, run the upgrade part of the installer:
yourwebsite.com/comments/installer/

You can look at 'Reports -> Version' in the admin panel to check the database version.

Hi Steven,

ok the Story. I have installed the Ver. 2.2 of commentics everything is fine. After installation of 2.3 isn`t fine.
No Comments where seen in the Admin panell or at the Comment Section? but an e-mail comes around for the new comment.
and I run the installer for the upgrade all so....
Now, last night i downgrade to Ver. 2.2 again and everything works fine again?!?!?.

I don't think you upgraded the database to v2.3.

Make sure to select the 'Upgrade' option in the installer, and then it should say:

Installed Version: 2.2

Latest Version: 2.3

Upgrade

After you click the Upgrade button, it should say:

Upgrade successful

Then it takes you to the admin panel. Go to "Reports -> Version" and make sure it says v2.3.
