Hi to all,

I have a commenctics installation since May, 2014, on my website, It's works fine under php 5.3, but when i switch it to php 5.5.13, the script says something like a database conection error, (in admin login says error 2002, and suggest to check the connection parameters).

can anybody help me?

Hi,

A #2002 error suggests that there's a problem connecting to MySQL over the socket. That's a server issue so it would be best to talk to your host about this.
