After submitting a comment I getting this error message which i dont know how to disable in the admin...The comment entered has already been submitted. Please submit a new comment. I would like to allow my users to leave the feedback as users if they wish to do us just like ebay. Also the star rating drop-down menu is greyed out after my first post.

Hi,
The script displays that error message when the user attempts to submit a comment which they have already submitted in the recent past. If the comment is in fact different and you are receiving that error then your site probably has an issue with sessions. The error can't be turned off, it's a key feature.

there away to allow the script to submit the same comment is what i want to know?
also the script saves the same comment in textbox and even those you delete the comment and put a new comment vote is still greyed out?
but of the these questions are important to me
